VP Government & Commercial Development

Nicole Nason is the VP of Government and Commercial Development for the Aerem Group.  

Joining the team in September of 2022, she brings over 20 years of business development and facility management expertise across 27 global territories as COO of a global leisure brand.  

Now based in the UK, Nicole has spent the better part of the last decade living and working overseas, including three years in Saudi Arabia and Egypt where she was instrumental in changing the cultural paradigms enabling women to train in a Gym.

Inclusive of her passion for operational excellence, Nicole is eager to solve our global climate crisis by facilitating solutions in combination with real time methods of implementation.
