Austin is a progressive leader and team player with over 22 years of experience in Naval Nuclear propulsion plants as a service member in the United States Navy. He is skilful in planning and executing long term maintenance operations within a major budgeting format.

His formal scientific and engineering training is of the highest and rigorously detailed  standard , as expected by those in charge of the world's most powerful Navy. Austin now eagerly brings that experience to benefit the broader challenges we face due to the energy crisis and climate change.

He has extensive interpersonal communication skills, expertise in strategic planning, finance management, problem solving, and decision making.

Educated at the Naval Nuclear Power School, his operational tours gave him a thorough understanding of nuclear chemistry, power systems engineering, basic marine engineering and electromechanical systems maintenance.
