Giles Kyser Colonel, US Marine Corps (Retired)
Colonel Giles Kysers operational tours include command at the Platoon, Company and Battalion level and staff assignments as well with 2d Battalion 4th Marines, 2d Battalion 8th Marines, 2d ANGLICO, 2d Force Reconnaissance Company, the Special Operations Command, Europe, and 2d Battalion 2d Marines. He participated in combat operations throughout the Middle East, the Balkans, and Africa to include Operations DESERT SHIELD and DESERT STORM in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, Operations JOINT GUARD, JOINT FORGE, Joint Task Force NOBLE ANVIL, ALLIED FORCE and IRON GLANCE and the Combined Joint Task Force Kosovo (KFOR) in the Balkans, other operations in Africa, and Operation IRAQI FREEDOM.
Giles also distinguished himself at the Pentagon on 9/11.
He now advises Aerem on the most effective way of supporting the DoD in its mission. He has a deep understanding of rapid procurement in his current position at Goldbelt Security an Alaskan Native Corporation (8a). Most importantly he has created a culture for Aerem of working for the DoD rather than selling to them.
We value his patriotism as much as his astute and pragmatic understanding of technology application in a military environment.
